Hi friend. I'm Jess!
I am a wedding coordinator, educator and most importantly a wife and mama to three little ones.
In 2012, I started my business as a side hustle in my early 20's, working full time as a corporate event planner with a passion for details + logistics.
I have since executed hundreds of weddings, brought on a team of 4 Lead Coordinators and in recent years have found a passion for encouraging, empowering and educating other planners and coordinators who are in the thick of building their own businesses.
I primarily work with those in their first few years of business to strategically attract more of their ideal clients, increase their bottom line and streamline their service offerings so that they can quit their 9-5 and pursue their dreams full-time.
