As a Day of Wedding Coordinator, we do just that; we coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to make sure that everything you’ve spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned it. From the arrival times of your vendors, decorating and setting up your ceremony and reception venues, managing your formalities, to packing up all of your gifts and items at the end of the night, a Day of Wedding Coordinator will take care of it all to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly.

what is a day of wedding coordinator?

We focus on more than just your wedding day – we want the entire process of finalizing your details to be a joyful one for you and your families. We care deeply about providing a peace of mind on your wedding day. We are organized, energetic and detail-oriented. We have your best interest at heart and believe it’s important to have a genuine connection between each Coordinator and the couple that they will be servicing. We take our responsibility of creating an experience that you will remember seriously.

what makes jdwc different?

JDWC works exclusively for you, while an onsite coordinator works for the venue. We are in charge of assisting you in finalizing details and coordinating, working as your #1 consultant throughout those last few months prior to your wedding day. We not only manage vendors and set out your personal touches, but we make sure the entire production of your wedding runs smoothly. Most importantly, our role is to have an eye on every moving piece including the venue, to ensure the day is seamless.

will you travel for my wedding?

Depending on the package you choose, consultations typically begin anywhere from 1-3 months prior to your wedding day. We meet on several occasions to discuss your details, create and nail down a solid timeline, communicate with vendors, and ultimately devise a game plan for execution on the day of.
