Hi friend. I'm Jess!
I am a wedding coordinator, educator and most importantly a wife and mama to two little ones.
In 2012, I started my business as a side hustle in my early 20's, working full time as a corporate event planner with a passion for details + logistics.
I have since executed hundreds of weddings, brought on a team of 4 Lead Coordinators and in recent years have found a passion for encouraging, empowering and educating other planners and coordinators who are in the thick of building their own businesses.
I primarily work with those in their first 0-5 years of business to strategically attract more of their ideal clients, increase their bottom line and streamline their service offerings so that they can quit their 9-5 and pursue their dreams full-time.
